How to make a call?
All you need to do is to:
- Add points to your account, if you haven’t already
- Follow the professional you want to call
- Go to their profile and press the call button
Do I need to add calls before or during the call?
If you have enough points to make a call, it will be made successfully. If not, the app will ask you to add points along the way. We advise you to add 300-500 points to enjoy all the services seamlessly on the app.
How frequently am I charged during the call?
Once you establish the call with a professional, you will be charged with the price for every minute; the amount deducted from your points is what the professional has set on his profile when you start the call.
What if the professional doesn’t answer?
If the professional doesn’t answer your call, a callback request will be sent while holding the current price per minute for the call (you don’t need to worry in case the professional changes his call price, you still will be charged for the original price at the time of your call request until the professional calls you back or cancels the request).
What if I lose internet connection during the call?
If an internet connection is lost or is not available on your device, you will not be charged; even if the call was still going on the professional’s side.
Can I send messages during the call?
You can send as many messages as you want during the call and you will not be charged.
Are audio and video calls different in price?
